Hendy Handoko

Hendy Handoko is Head of Legal at Xora, where he leads the firm’s legal affairs, overseeing corporate governance, compliance, and managing engagements with external legal counsel. He plays a key role in advising the investment team and portfolio companies on legal and regulatory matters. Hendy was also a member of the incubation team for Aether Fuels.

Before joining Xora, Hendy spent over a decade as a US Capital Markets attorney at White & Case, representing global underwriters and issuers in more than 100 cross-border equity and debt transactions across Asia, including several landmark deals in the region. His expertise covers advising global investment banks, issuers, and selling shareholders on multi-billion-dollar IPOs, secondary share sales, and high-yield, investment-grade, and sovereign debt offerings.

Hendy holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
